Trust is central to the work of Serve the City: establishing it and maintaining it, between us, our volunteers and our partners. To strengthen that trust, accountability for what we do and to whom we serve is really important to us. This means being transparent about our organisation, our finances, and our working practices in a way that is consistent with our objectives. But it also includes our volunteers acting in a way that is consistent with our values.
