Join Serve the City at “Rencontres Sans Frontieres” Football Tournament

 In STC Luxembourg

Do you love playing football?

Serve the City is partnering with the Foyer Saint Antoine again for this year’s “Rencontres Sans Frontieres” (meeting without borders) sports tournament in Luxembourg on June 12, 2016.

The football tournament is open to men and women and is played with teams of six players, a goalkeeper and a reserve player. To mix different cultures, each team can have a maximum of four players of the same nationality.

This family-friendly sports day is organised by the City of Luxembourg in collaboration wiht Optin and CLAE. Its aim is to promote intercultural exchanges through sport.

Serve the City needs to create 2 teams  with players from STC and Foyer residents. The more volunteers the better!

The event will start at 9am but volunteers will need to meet at Foyer St Antoine (Route D’Arlon) at 8am to meet the other players.

You don’t need to be an experienced player but knowing the rules of the game are essential. You can be male or female, and languages are not required. Why not bring the whole family along and enjoy a great day!
