Thank You Escher Kulturlaaf!

At the beginning of September a few Serve the City volunteers helped out at the Sudstroum Escher Kulturlaaf. The family friendly event hosted over 3000 runners and planned activities for children such as face painting, games, and arts & crafts, a specialty amongst STC volunteers.

This was a special event for Serve the City, not only for the fun activities we helped organize for the children, but we were honored to receive a generous donation from the Sudstroum Escher Kulturlaf. Every year the board picks  a nonprofit to support and this year Serve the City made the list. We are very proud and thankful for this donation as it will allow us to continue our work by serving others in need.
