Volunteering charter: solidarity, active citizenship and respect!

End of last year Serve The City signed Luxembourg’s Volunteering charter. Signing this charter with the Agence du Bénévolat a.s.b.l. is a recognition of our involvement towards common good and our will to empower our volunteers to become true active citizens. Indeed “in their diversity and capacity to answer the needs of our society, non-profits are a key actor of development, innovation and cohesion.” They are there to allow volunteers to thrive and develop new skills. Through our volunteers we are building social responsibility and the base for sustainable communities and neighbourhoods.

In order to develop the appropriate growth framework for our volunteers, we are thrilled to announce that STC Team will be strengthen by a dedicated HR Manager. A big welcome to Bárbara who has long time expertise in the field and will be a real asset to develop the culture of volunteering in Luxembourg!
