New Projects with Mums & Kids at Foyer Sud…

Do you love playing with kids? Do you have an artistic side or a desire to get creative? Do you enjoy baking?

If any of the above appeal to you, please sign up for new volunteering activities at Foyer Sud Womens’ Shelter!

Founded in 1987 and managed by the National Council of Women of Luxembourg, Foyer Sud is a day-and night shelter for women in distress. Some of these women have children living at the home with them, there are currently eight in total, aged from 3 months – 11 years old.

Childrens Activity Mornings

We need three volunteers every other Saturday, bringing lots of creative ideas, energy and enthusiasm, to give the children a really exciting and stimulating morning of activities, whilst their mother’s have some well earned rest. We aim to do some creative arts, play with games and toys, and do some baking in the kitchen. The location is Esch sur Alzette, and the times are 9am-12pm.
