Volunteers – tell us how we’re doing!…
A year ago we took the decision to send out an online survey, so that we could better understand our target audience – that’s YOU!
We needed to know where you live, who you are, why you volunteer, what activities you prefer to do, and more…. We also asked for suggestions on how we could improve our volunteer network service, to empower you to better serve people in need in Luxembourg.
After all, that’s the soul purpose of Serve the City.
You responded wholeheartedly and your feedback allowed us to target organisations and activities which we knew would appeal to you, and as a result of the survey we also started our social drinks/ information evenings with partner organisations.
This year we are appealing to you once more for feedback – this time with a quicker, simpler survey – which will allow us to revisit your suggestions from 2014, and understand how we’re doing as an organisation.
Without your valued feedback and involvement, Serve the City cannot do justice to the great volunteering opportunities that exist in Luxembourg.
With the current refugee crisis, there has never been a more crucial time for Luxembourg, or indeed Europe, to embrace and invest in the passion and enthusiasm of volunteers.
